A faktorálással foglalkozó cégek ugyanúgy pénzintézetek, mint a bankok. Pénzt adnak, de csak akkor, ha biztosak abban, hogy a teljes odaadott pénz – kamattal együtt – nekik megmarad. Ezért mindig annak a cégnek a hitelképességét vizsgálják, akinek a pénzt adják. Ez egy szokásos cég minősítési eljárás, amit minden hitel felvétel előtt el kell szenvedni. Ha a cég nem hitelképes, akkor egy fillér sem fognak adni. Legtöbbször amúgy sem adják oda a teljes követelés összegét, minimum az ÁFÁ-t levonják. A többit – levonva a faktorálás néhány százalékos díját – akkor adják oda, amikor nekik is beérkezett a számla ellenértéke a vevőtől. Ha a vevő nem fizet, akkor a teljes kapott pénzt vissza kell a cégnek fizetnie.

Meg lehet kérdezni, hogy akkor miben különbözik ez a folyamat attól, ami egy hitelfelvételt jelent? Hát, nem sokban. Talán egy kicsit nagyobb lehet így a hitelkeret, kedvezőbb a kamat – de itt is észen kell lenni, mert az 1-3 hónapra szóló faktorálási díjat egész évre kivetítve könnyen kapunk magasabb kamatot, mint a folyószámlahitel esetén. A hitelkeret azért és akkor lehet nagyobb, mint amit a cég saját vagyona, jelzálogban lefoglalható ingatlana lehetővé tenne, hiszen ezek a számlák már elfogadott követeléseket tartalmaznak, aminek csak a pénzügyi behajtása van hátra.

Emlékszem, amikor először vettem igénybe faktorálást, milyen mélységesen meg voltam sértődve, hogy a mi cégünk hitelképességét vizsgálták és nem a vevőét. Azután megtudtam, hogy a vevővel is foglalkoznak és annál szívesebben vállalják az ügyet, minél jobb az esélye a behajtásnak. Egy frissen alakult, saját vagyonnal alig rendelkező vevő esetén nem is vállalják, annál inkább a multinacionális üzletláncok esetén, akik általában rendes, pontos határidőre fizető ügyfelek.

Sokszor hangoztatott előnye még a faktor cégeknek, hogy ők valóban behajtják a követeléseket. Nos valóban behajtják azokat a követeléseket, amit könnyen be lehet hajtani. Egyáltalán nem érdeklődnek a 2-3 hónapja már nem fizető ügyfelek iránt, s ha valamit eddig nem sikerült behajtani, akkor a cégtől inkább visszakérik a pénzt és visszaadják a számlát, kínlódjon a vevőjével ő maga.

A könnyű behajtásnak meg megvannak a maguk alapszabályai. Egyszerűek: minden vevőnek akkora hitelkeretet kell kialakítani, amekkora összeg elvesztésébe a cég még nem rokkan bele, s ezt soha nem szabad engedni túllépni. Ezt tovább kell csökkenteni a vevő méretével arányosan: kisebb vevő, még kevesebbet kaphat. A korábbi forgalom is lehet irányadó: csak akkora hitelt adunk, amennyi a korábbi összes – akár 2-3 év alatt alatt felhalmozott – forgalmon a megkeresett fedezet volt. Ezután már csak a számla fizetési határidejének lejáratát követően hetente háromszor fel kell hívni, kétszer levelet írni, egy idő után ügyvéddel és felszámolással fenyegetni. Egy kis cégben is ugyanolyan könnyen kiépíthető ennek az intézményrendszere, mint egy nagy faktor cégben.

Sajnálom, hogy a faktorálásról szóló kedvező PR-t ilyen tapasztalati adatokkal rontom, de jobb tudni most az igazságot, mint csalódni. Én is ennek ellenére gyakran igénybe vettem a faktorálást, mert ha egy jó hírű vevő által befogadott számla a hitel fedezete, akkor ha jól odafigyelünk, kedvezőbb feltételekkel juthatunk hitelhez, mint más biztosítékok esetén. Ám ez nem a hirtelen pénzszükséglet mentsvára! Jóval előbb kell elvégeztetni a cégünk hitelképesség felmérést a faktor céggel. Semmiféle menedéket nem jelent a faktorálás: ha megbízhatatlan vevőnek meggondolatlanul túl sok árut vagy szolgáltatást szállítottunk le, nem fogják vállalni!

Kedves László! Gyakorlati tapasztalatom ugyan nincs faktorálással kapcsolatban, de valahol pont az ellenkezőjét olvastam a multi cégek "jófizetésének". Mégpedig azt, hogy sokszor pont a multi nem fizet alvállalkozóinak (kisvállalkozásokról beszélek), gyakran átcsoportosítva forrásait más saját projektjeibe, mindeközben arra hivatkozva, hogy ő is a bankra vár. Ez tipikus példa ingatlanberuházásoknál, azaz a kivitelező cég nem fizeti alvállalkozóit, vagy csődöt jelent a projekt közepén, átalakul stb, miközben a kisvállalkozó futhat pénze után. Miután a kkv-nak a potenciális jövőbeni megbízások miatt muszály keresnie ezeket a kapcsolatokat, nem lehet neki azt mondani, hogy nem volt elég körültekintő ügyfele megválogatásában. Ráadásul az (magyar) ingatlanipar sajátosságaiból fakadóan sokszor számlával sem rendelkezik, amit behajthatna a nemfizetőn. Ha eltekintünk az ingatlantól, és mondjuk FMCG szektort nézünk, akkor - olvasmányaim szerint - pedig a multi minőségi kifogásokkal, visszáruzással és egyéb trükkökkel késlelteti a fizetést. Kedves Kriszta! Rosszak az értesülései, több ügyfelem is beszállít multiknak és noha a fizetési határidő botrányosan hosszú, a fizetett összeg nagyon alacsony (vagy nem alacsony, de sokat kell visszatéríteni és ezért lesz alacsony), de a fizetési pontossággal meg lehetnek elégedve. A hazai nagy állami beruházások teljesen más tészta: azt nálunk - ellentétben például az olaszokkal - nem magyar cégek, hanem a multik nyerik meg. Ott azután minden megtörténhet. Ezért pontosan látom, mekkora a valódi korrupció, a média ennek alig az ezredét képes megmutatni. Na most ha egy multi sok-sok pénzen és rengeteg együtt vadászással, együtt italozással (amit maga egyébként utál, és számára egyik sem a szórakozások netovábbja) megvette a politikusokat, akkor ezért cserébe extraprofitot vár: az alvállalkozók szabad megsarcolását, és ebben semmiféle korlátot nem akar elszenvedni. Ezért létrehoz egy projekt céget és abba betesz annyi pénzt, amit úgy gondol, hogy itt a vadkeleten elég lesz ezeknek a bennszülötteknek, akiknek nincs munkájuk. Miért nincs munkájuk? Mert a hazánkban megtermelt értéktöbbletnek csak a kétharmada marad itt fizetőképes keresletként. A többit elnyeli az állami és magán kölcsönök adósságszolgálata, a profit repatriálás, meg a korrupció. A projekt cég meg addig fizet, amíg van benne pénz, azután felszámolják, és a sok kis KKV futhat a pénze után. Így az ottani projekt helytartó tesz szert nagy hatalomra és annak fizet, akik neki is a zsebébe dugnak. Így csorog szépen lefele a korrupció a legapróbb zugokig. Nem állítom, hogy minden multi részt vesz ebben a játékban, hiszen a legnagyobbak olyan piaci hatalommal rendelkeznek, hogy nincs szükség politikai segítségre ahhoz, hogy extraprofitot érhessenek el. Egyszerűen a kutatási, fejlesztési, márka építési, hirdetési, értékesítési lánc és egyéb szolgáltatási költségek olyan nagyok, hogy egy KKV a közelükbe sem tud férkőzni. Így ebbe a zugba is eljut a korrupció, hiszen NINCS ELÉG HAZAI FIZETŐKÉPES KERESLET, bármit aláírnak a beszállítók, csak hogy legyen piacuk. A politikai elit meg hagyja egyre jobban eladósodni az országot, alacsonyan tartja a multik profit adóját (a vállalatoknál keletkező profit 97%-a nagyvállalatoknál keletkezik és az adókedvezmények miatt az átlagos kulcs alig 10%, ezt ugyan némi profit kivételi adó még csökkenti, de így is jóval alacsonyabb a fejlett ipari államokban megszokottnál), így azok örömmel utalják haza a gazdag ipari országokba az itt keresett jövedelmüket – miközben használják a képzett munkaerőt, a jó színvonalú infrastruktúrát és röhögnek a markukba, mert ehhez nem kellett hozzájárulniuk. Ehhez járul, hogy az állami beruházások több mint 90%-a külföldi vállalkozók kezébe kerül (az olaszoknál ez kevesebb, mint 10%), és még ebből is leveszi a sápot a mindent átható korrupció. Tehát elegendő egyetlen (és a propagandával erősen támogatott) illúzióval leszámolni és minden érthetővé válik: a létező demokráciák nem a lehetséges társadalmak legjobb változatai, hanem olyan már nem sokáig tartó tákolmányok, amelyek hamarosan világszerte összeomlanak.
