KKV MBA
Multinacionális vállalati környezetben a megszerezhető legmagasabb végzettség az MBA, a Master of Business Administraton. Sajnos KKV környezetben ezek az ismeretek kevésbé hasznosíthatók. De tudja-e mi van helyette?

Eléggé elkeserítő a vizsgálódások eredménye, ha KKV környezethez keresünk az MBA-hoz hasonló tanulási lehetőséget. A lipcsei egyetemen (www.sept.uni-leipzig.de) évente 25 diákot vesznek fel, van egy angol kurzus (www.smeacademy.co.uk)és a bielefeldi egyetemnek egy részlege (www.fhm-bielefeld.de). Az interneten mást nemigen találtam. Még leginkább könyvekből lehet tanulni. Nem azzal van a baj, hogy milyen ismeretanyagból lehetne dolgozni, hanem azzal, hogy egy kisebb méretű vállalatban esélye sincs a meglévő óriási mennyiségű ismeretanyag feldolgozásának. Szelektálásra lenne szükség, arra, hogy kisebb méretekben az elképzelhető tengernyi megoldásból mi működik és mit jobb elfelejteni. Egyszerűsítés, zanzásítás, alacsonyabb iskolai végzettségre, kisebb szakszókincsre méretezés lenne szükséges. Közben paranoiásan figyelni arra, hogy a lényeg ne sikkadjon el. Egy KKV-ben ugyanazokat a funciókat kell ellátni, mint egy nagyvállalatban, de sokkal kevesebb idő és pénz van erre. Mégis folyton ügyelni kell, hogy ne veszítsük szem elől a cég egyes szakterületeinek az összhangját. Elkezdtem létrehozni egy tananyagot, egy könyv és néhány jegyzet már megvan.
