Mikor ne adja el a cégét?
A cég értéke nem más, mint az azt finanszírozó tőke és kamatozó hitelek értékének összege. A cégérték a cég által a jövőben termelendő cash flow-k jelenértékének összessége. A tőkeérték úgy kapjuk meg, ha a cég értékéből kivonjuk a társaság hiteleit.
Ha tehát a társaság eladósodik, akkor leértékelődik a tőkéje. És amikor a cég teljes cégértéke a hitelek értéke alácsökken, akkor a tulajdonos adósságcsapdába kerül. Már csak papíron tulajdonos. Az igazi főnök már a bank.
Hogyan kerülhető el az adósságcsapda? Bankhitellel könnyű betömni az "átmeneti likviditási lyukakat". A megfelelő cash flow-val és ingatlanokkal rendelkező cégeket pedig a bankok boldogan kistafírozzák hitellel. Akár a társaság számára egészségtelen módon is.
Ellen kell állni a szirének hangjának... És költségcsökkentéssel, értékesítés-erősítéssel, üzletágak eladásával, vagy menedzsmentcserével időben orvosolni kell a bajokat.
